2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

To access the full range of ss20 services, you are required to register an account by providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful. ss20 reserves the right to request proof of identity for verification purposes at any time.

Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. You must not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the ss20 support team immediately at [email protected].

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Owning more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior warning.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

General Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the ss20 platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. ss20 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users are expected to understand and comply with their own local laws.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the ss20 platform for any fraudulent purpose or illegal activity
• Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools to access the platform without authorisation
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties
• Spreading false or misleading information about the ss20 platform

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and ss20 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

Currency and Payment Methods

All transactions on the ss20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, and other supported local internet banking options. ss20 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are typically processed within a short timeframe depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) to protect the security of your account. ss20 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if suspicious activity or a breach of terms is detected.

Any transaction-related disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. ss20 will not be held responsible for disputes raised after this period.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Ss20 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. ss20 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.

Account Suspension and Closure

Ss20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of: a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false information during registration, or a request from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and materials related to the ss20 platform are the exclusive property of ss20 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from ss20.

The ss20 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. ss20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
